MARKO Fish Processing began operation on 3rd September 2005. Our primary line of business is buying, selling and processing saltwater and freshwater fish. We cooperate with fish suppliers based in the Mid-Coast region in Poland. We buy the fish they catch. Our plant is a modern, newly built facility that fully complies with the sanitary and veterinary requirements of the European Union. The company has an export licence (No. PL 3231823WE). Another advantage is our location within a a short distance of fishing ports in Kołobrzeg, Darłowo and Ustka. This guarantees that we have regular supplies of fresh fish.

All our products are manufactured in compliance with an HACCP system. The system helps us to prevent or identify any biological, chemical and physical threats in food production processes and enables us to continuously monitor the critical control points in the production process. With the large area of our plant and our qualified team, we are able to quickly and effectively process fish while ensuring the best quality of the finished product. Our primary line of business is selling whole fresh fish and fish fillets.
